Here’s how I can partner with you and your organization

Most of my work falls into four connected areas

Assessments and insight

Understand your current culture, leadership, and well-being so you can make smart, targeted decisions.

Leadership and culture programs

Longer-term development and culture-building initiatives that turn insight into everyday practice.

Workshops and learning experiences

High-impact sessions that help people reflect, connect, and build new skills together.

Executive and leadership coaching

Thoughtful one-on-one or small-group coaching that supports leaders in leading with clarity, courage, and care.

Assessments and insights

Understand your current culture, leadership, and well-being so you can make smart, targeted decisions.

Before we design anything, it helps to understand what is already true in your system. I use interviews, focus groups, and evidence-based assessments to map strengths, pain points, and opportunities. The goal is not more data for its own sake. The goal is to generate insight that leaders can act on.

Examples of what this can include

  • Leadership and culture diagnostics
    • Qualitative and quantitative insight into how your people experience leadership, communication, psychological safety, and meaning at work.
  • Team assessments
    • Understanding team dynamics, trust, and collaboration, with concrete recommendations and facilitated debriefs.
  • Individual assessments for leaders
    • Tools such as strengths-based profiles or 360-style feedback to support coaching and development.
  • Well-being and engagement scans
    • Simple, tailored surveys and conversations that help you understand where people are thriving and where they are struggling.

What you can expect

  • A clear, synthesized picture of what is working and what is not
  • Insight tied to your strategy and context, not generic reports
  • Practical recommendations you can use immediately or build into a larger initiative

Workshops and learning experiences

High-impact sessions that help people reflect, connect, and build new skills together.

I design and facilitate workshops that invite people to think deeply, connect honestly, and practice new ways of working. Sessions are experiential, grounded in research, and tailored to your culture and goals. These can be delivered in person, virtual, or hybrid.

Common focus areas

  • Meaningful work and mattering
    • Helping people reconnect with why their work matters, where they add value, and how to create that sense of significance for others.
  • Leading with well-being in mind
    • Equipping leaders with tools to support psychological safety, sustainable performance, and healthy boundaries.
  • High-quality connections at work
    • Building the skills and habits that create trust, respect, and collaboration in everyday interactions.
  • Difficult conversations and feedback
    • Practicing ways to address hard topics with honesty, empathy, and clarity.

Options can include

  • 60–90 minute sessions
  • Half-day workshops
  • Multi-part learning series with reflection and practice in between

Leadership and culture programs

Longer-term development and culture-building initiatives that turn insight into everyday practice.

Some changes require more than a single workshop. I design longer-term leadership and culture programs that help people integrate new mindsets and behaviors over time. These programs blend workshops, coaching, peer learning, and simple tools that fit into busy schedules.

What these programs can focus on

  • Developing new or emerging leaders
  • Supporting senior leaders through change and complexity
  • Building cultures of meaningful work and mattering
  • Strengthening collaboration across functions or departments

A typical program might include

  • A discovery phase to understand your context and goals
  • A series of core learning sessions
  • Peer circles or small group “pods” for reflection and practice
  • Optional one-on-one or group coaching for key leaders
  • Simple tools and practices to embed learning into everyday work

Executive and leadership coaching

Thoughtful one-on-one or small-group coaching that supports leaders in leading with clarity, courage, and care.

I coach executives, founders, and emerging leaders who want a thinking partner as they navigate complexity, pressure, and change. Coaching is a confidential space to slow down, see the system more clearly, and lead in a way that supports both human flourishing and strong results.

You might consider coaching if you are

  • Clarifying your purpose, values, and leadership identity
  • Leading in a way that supports mattering, meaning, and well-being for your people
  • Navigating conflict and difficult conversations with more skill and less reactivity
  • Building high-quality connections up, down, and across the organization
  • Managing energy, boundaries, and focus so you can sustain your impact over time

How coaching typically works

  • Three-to-six-month engagements (longer by agreement)
  • Sixty to seventy five minute sessions, usually every two to three weeks
  • Virtual (video) or in person where feasible
  • Optional stakeholder input or light 360 style feedback at the start
  • Simple practices or reflection prompts between sessions to keep momentum

What leaders often walk away with

  • Greater clarity about what kind of leader they want to be
  • More confidence and calm in the face of complexity and pressure
  • Practical strategies for supporting their team’s well-being and performance
  • A stronger sense of alignment between who they are and how they lead

Custom partnerships

In addition to the services above, I occasionally partner with organizations on custom initiatives. These might include designing new leadership frameworks, integrating meaningful work and mattering into existing programs, or exploring questions around virtuous leadership through research, such as Project Bayani..

If you have an idea that does not fit neatly into a category, we can explore it together.

Most of my work begins with a short conversation. We talk about what you are noticing in your organization, what you hope might be different, and what is most urgent right now. From there we can decide together whether a focused workshop, an assessment, coaching, or a longer-term program makes the most sense.
